HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
We make every effort to ship all order (excluding special order, and custom made to order products) within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1 PM mountain time will ship out the same day.
WHERE DO YOUR ITEMS SHIP FROM?
The majority of our products ship directly from us at our warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah USA. On rare occasions we may ship from one of our 3rd party warehouses within the USA.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHIPMENT?
At order checkout an estimated delivery time will be displayed.
ARE DELIVERY TIMES GUARENTEED?
No! Due to circumstances outside of our control we can not guarantee delivery times. We do our part to get your order shipped out as soon as possible using the method you selected at checkout. Once the package is in possession by the carrier we have no control over delays that may occur.
MY SHIPMENT IS GOING TO ARRIVE LATER THAN I EXPECTED.
If your order is going to arrive later than expected and you no longer need it you may open a return request and return the item as normal in accordance with our return policy.
I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, BUT ITS NOT SHOWING ANY UPDATES / MOVEMENT.
Once an order is shipped it can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to start showing movement. Tracking is also not 100% accurate. May times packages are in transit and making progress, but may have no or missed scans along the way.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?
Yes. We ship worldwide on a daily basis. When checking out you will see all shipping options available to your destination country. If you are having trouble at checkout please use the Contact Us page at the bottom of the website for assistance.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS / DUTY FEES?
Maybe. Duty fees vary from country to country. It is imposable for us to know if you will have to pay these in order to receive your package. If you are unsure you will need to check your local laws.
I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST.
All of our shipping methods come with complimentary shipping insurance against loss. For orders within the USA our insurance company requires 30 days since the time of shipment and no tracking updates within the past 7 days to be considered lost. For international order 45 days since the time of shipment and 7 days with no tracking updates to be considered lost. We understand this feels like a long time to wait, but under no circumstances can we consider a package lost and submit a claim before this time.
MY PACKAGE WAS LOST AND YOU OPENED AN INSURANCE CLAIM NOW WHAT?
After we open a claim our insurance company requires a signed document stating that you did not receive the package. Once we have received this document our insurance company can begins processing the claim. This process can take up to 21 days. Once finalized we will issue you a full refund or ship out a replacement.
