Returns

At RKX our main priority is customer satisfaction! We are a small business and run by humans. We are pretty reasonably and can make adjustments to this policy (in the buyers favor) on a case by case basis. That being said these our are official policies:

CAN I RETURN A PART?
Of course. We'll issue a refund, minus a restocking fee and original shipping costs, if you return the part within 30 days of delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN A PART?
First, ensure that the part is:

Unused (that means not having been installed or modified in any way)
In its original saleable packaging
Packed with all the original documentation, instructions, warranties, and hardware
If your part meets all of our requirements, take the following steps:

Use the Contact us page at the bottom of the website or reply to your order conformation email for a return authorization number
Ship the part back to us within seven calendar days of receiving the return authorization number
It’s important to get a return authorization number before shipping it back to us as it may delay your return.

WHAT IF YOU SENT ME THE WRONG PART?
If we accidentally sent you the wrong part, we’ll send you a free return shipping label so you can ship it back to us, and then send you the right part ASAP. Please note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG PART?
You're welcome to return it to us as long as it's unused and still in its original packaging. We highly recommend contacting us prior to finalizing your order with any questions about fitment to ensure that you’re ordering the correct part for your vehicle.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PART?
You have 30 days after delivery to contact us for a return authorization number. After you’re issued one, you have seven calendar days to ship the part back to us. Any returns made outside the 30-day time frame is no longer accepted.

CAN I RETURN A PART FOR ANY REASON?
Yes, as long as the part meets all of the requirements listed above.

ARE THERE CERTAIN PARTS I CAN’T RETURN?
Yes. We can’t issue returns for any reason whatsoever on any:

Special order parts 
Custom made to order items such as Tee shirts
Electrical parts
Installed or modified parts

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY RESTOCKING FEES?
Yes. All returns may be subject up to a 15% restocking fee.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If the item is not defective we ask you cover return shipping cost. For domestic orders we can supply a low cost prepaid return label and deduct the cost from the refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Depending on your bank refunds generally take 1- 10 business days to receive.

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
We’ll process your return within 7 days of receiving it.

WHAT IF THE PART IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
You can return the part to us for a full refund. If the Item appear to have been damaged in shipping please save the packaging and take photos so we can submit an insurance claim. 

WHAT IF MY RETURN NEVER ARRIVES? DO I STILL GET A REFUND?
No. That’s why we highly recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as the order has not shipped, is not a special order or custom made product that has already been made, but not shipped your order can be canceled. Canceled orders may be subject to a 3% fee to cover payment processing charges we incur.
