RKX sunroof drain repair barbs 

The steel sunroof drip tray is known to rust / corrode at the drain pipe connectors. This can cause water leaks onto the headliner. Previously the only repair was to replace the entire drip tray assembly which is expensive and labor intensive. Our repair kit allows you repair your leaking barbs without replacing the entire sunroof assembly. 

The V1 kit uses the included tap to cut threads into your sunroof drains. Sealant is applied and the barb installed.

The V2 kit is our updated kit that requires you to drill our the sunroof drain using a 3/8" drill bit (not included).  The barb is installed from the bottom wile the male threaded portion is installed from the top with sealant applied. 

Both versions accomplish the same thing just in a slightly different manner. We have opted to continue to sell both versions as we have found some shops and repeat customers prefer one over the other.
